Trip to Verizon

My cousin is on my cell phone plan with me and he had an issue with his battery not holding a charge. So, we head over to Verizon to get a new battery for his Samsung Rogue, and they tell us that we have to call Samsung to get a replacement battery because they do not carry the battery... Well, while waiting for about 30 minutes on the phone with Samsung with someone I can barely understand, they tell me that we have to send in the battery for an evaluation and that it would take 5 to 10 days for us to get a replacement IF the battery didn't pass their test. Obviously, we cannot wait that long to get a damn battery for this phone, and Verizon charges $40 for this particular battery, so I went on Ebay and bought 2 of them for 8 bucks a pop and they got to my house in 3 days. Pretty sad when an Ebay user is faster than a large company.
